DROP OFF DETAIL

The following Troops will be departing from Castle Hill Showgrounds on the 2nd of January:

• 0611

• 0613

• 0617

• 0620

The coach departures will be staggered into 2 groups:

1. 07:45 - (0611 and 0613)

2. 08:45 - (0617 and 0620)

Please ensure you are there at least 30 minutes prior to departure and avoid getting there too early because parking and drop off can be chaotic.

The map here shows where the coaches will be parked and where the Scouts should wait to board the coach at the troop number sign. Here Scouts need to check in with their leader.

Drop-off will be in the area beyond the showground gates. If you intend to stay and wave goodby, you will have follow the signs to park your vehicle in the showground parking area. There is to be "NO STOPPING" in the Dooran Drive public road." This is necessary to allow for vehicular & coach arrivals and exit traffic - at all times.
