Get-it-Off Race

The Scouts line up on the western side of the pool dressed in shorts and a shirt over swimmers (need to bring spare old shorts and shirt). 

When the whistle sounds the first member of the Patrol dives in and swims across the pool and after touching the other side takes the shorts and shirt off while in the water, places the clothes on the side of the pool and then swims back, gets out of the water and stands up straight. 

The first Scout to achieve this will be declared the winner.
