Patrol
leaders
I
must have confirmation of definite numbers by Monday night, with names and
how many in your patrol are wishing to go? Also what parents will be
available to transport for the day's outing and if the parents have done any
sailing and would like to help on the day?
We
must have a minimum of 15 people for them to run a sailing class. If we have
more than that they need to arrange instructors, so will have to know at the
beginning of the week how many wish to attend.
Please
ask your Patrol members to down load permission notes from the website . If
they do not have website access please copy one for them and ask your patrol
member to pick it up from your house.
I
will bring spares on Thursday night just in case
